PAYMENT

For Singapore order, all prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD). Order will be charged in SGD ordered placed from Singapore.

For Malaysia order, all prices are stated in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). Order will be charged in MYR ordered placed from Malaysia.

Prices stated are inclusive of GST for Singapore and SST for Malaysia, we will not charge any additional taxes.

CITIZEN Watch Mall online will gladly accept the following methods of payment:

For Singapore, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and JCB), Paynow, GrabPay and ShopBack Paylater.

For Malaysia, credit/debit cards (Visa/MasterCard), e-wallet (Boost, MCash, Touch `N Go, GrabPay, Maybank QR) and bank transfer.

*Bank Transfer payment has to be made within 24 hours, if not order will be cancelled.

If you have completed the payment process with bank transfer, please send a receipt or take a screenshot of your bank transfer to hello@citizen.com.sg with subject title: Payment Made - Your Order Number. We will verify and confirm your payment before proceed your order.
