Currently we only ship to Singapore and Malaysia. For Singapore, there is some restricted areas that we are not able to deliver. International shipping is not available.
For Singapore order, free standard shipping in Singapore.
Standard Shipping duration 1-3 working days.
For Malaysia order, we apologise that we will only provide free standard shipping service as the items are all shipped out from Singapore.
Standard Shipping from Singapore to West Malaysia duration 3-5 working days.
Standard Shipping from Singapore to Sabah & Sarawak duration 5-7 working days.
For Singapore order, you may track your order via GDex Singapore by entering the tracking number that you received from us by email on your shipment.
For Malaysia order, you may track your order via GDex Malaysia by entering the tracking number that you received from us by email on your shipment.
The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping.
Orders placed on sg.citizenwatch.online or my.citizenwatch.online can only be shipped to addresses within Singapore & Malaysia.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
