Citizen PROMASTER Eco-Drive Diver 200m inspired by CITIZEN’s iconic 1982 Professional Diver watch with pressure resistance up to 1,300 meters - at the time of its release. The lug-free case silhouette, the four bezel guards, and the large indentations on the rotating bezel gave the watch a bold, distinctive look. The rounded, chunky shape of the case combines with the striking indentations on the bezel to create a tough, sporty look. BN0227-17X takes after the iconic Promaster NY0040 with one of its versions having a fully lumed dial that has become one of the signature models of CITIZEN. The main benefit of a fully luminous dial is that it offers outstanding legibility under low light conditions given the sheer volume of luminous material, a fact that makes this watch especially useful to a diver. The 46.5mm case is the same size as the original, but the case thickness has been reduced slightly to improve the fit. These light powered Eco-Drive watches do not require regular battery replacement, and feature ISO compliant water resistance to 200 meters.
